| | By signing up for online Christian counseling for eating disorders, including anorexia, bulimia, EDNOS and binge eating disorder, you agree to the following:
1. Online counseling is not for diagnosis or treatment. It is not a substitute for therapy, professional, psychological or medical advice.
2. The counselor at Freedom from Eating Disorders will keep your e-mails confidential and not rent, sell or exchange your personal information.
3. By signing up for services, client agrees to receive the free monthly newsletter, but may unsubscribe at any time.
4. E-mail Christian counseling is available to females age 18 and older.
5. Services are available to those who claim to be Christians and those who do not, but the client agrees to receive Christian based counseling.
6. The counselor at Freedom from Eating Disorders is not responsible for any transactions or dealings conducted through PayPal.
7. The client agrees not to transmit viruses, Trojan horses, worms, defects or other items of a destructive nature or any other malicious code or program. The client also agrees not to send forwards to the counselor.
8. The client understands that the fee for e-mail counseling of up to three e-mail exchanges during the week is $50.00. The fee for one e-mail during the week is $25.00. These options are explained on the Christian Counseling page.
9. Clients may sign up weekly, and it is to their advantage to do so, but they are not obligated to do so. Clients may sign up when it works best for them.
10. A week goes from Monday through Friday. Services are not available on holidays.
11. Please make payments by Sunday evening for the week.
12. No refunds are available.
